Unleashing Leadership Potential with Horses

- NOAH -

“I give Eva 5 stars, she is really good with helping me with ways to calm down and to be self aware. She has taught me a lot about horseman ship. Her horses are really calm and good to work with, they are really gentle.”

What is equine assisted learning?

Equine Assisted Learning is a powerful experiential learning approach that pairs humans and horses in collaborative activities. These activities are designed to nurture social-emotional skills, personal growth, and professional development, including leadership and teamwork. By interacting with our gentle and intuitive equine partners, you'll receive immediate, honest feedback that drives your progress. Research has demonstrated remarkable improvements in communication, self-esteem, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and more.

“We cannot praise Eva enough for the wonderful work she does and has done for our son. We have been on what feels like a long journey, with many health professionals, trying to support and nurture him, and have finally found someone that makes a difference. From the initial phone call with Eva I knew she understood and was going to be amazing. She is so genuine, caring and understanding. Whilst empowering him and giving him confidence, she has taught so much about the horses and really taken on this keen interest of his.”

Why horses?

Interacting with horses provides a range of physiological and psychological benefits, including reduced stress, lowered blood pressure, increased well-being hormones, and improved social functioning. Horses also teach us vital life skills, such as effective communication, healthy relationship building, and strong leadership qualities.

“I like our sessions because they give me a better understanding of how to look after animals and take care of them. Being around Catalina and Charlie makes me feel safe and happy and gives me a better understanding of their body language and I love how calm I feel. If something is wrong with them, I can sense it and I love working with them because it helps me understanding their personality”

I’m really enjoying spending time with the horses and Eva at Blackhill Equine. It is helping me feel more centred and less anxious when I am there. I have recently met a new horse and I think he likes me.  His nature soothes my soul. I am looking forward to many more sessions with Eva and her horsey family.”
