Melinda Pritchard and Eva Parkin are experienced horsewomen and facilitators of Equine Assisted Leadership Development programs.

Their expertise is based on over 45 years of horsemanship, EAL qualifications, workshop and leadership development and change experience.

Melinda has also had over 25 years experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Eva has had over 35 years working in the public and private sector.
